Introduction

Welcome to AtlasFlux AI ("the Platform"), a service operated by RAINSPEED LABS SOLUTIONS (Reg. No. 202603148143 / 003857582-W) ("the Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Platform at ai.atlasflux.my, or by registering for an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AtlasFlux AI is a service that aggregates and orchestrates access to multiple artificial intelligence models via third-party APIs. The Platform offers chat functionality, file analysis, AI image generation, music generation, audio separation, voice cloning, video generation, and a suite of free text tools.

The service operates on a unified credit system and a dedicated MYR Pay-As-You-Go wallet for image/video generation. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. AtlasFlux AI may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Generating or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Attempting to circumvent any security features or technical limitations of the Platform.
• Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without express permission.
• Uploading malicious code or any material that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
• Exploiting the credit system, including creating multiple accounts to obtain referral bonuses.

4. MYR Wallet & Credit System

The Platform uses a virtual credit system for chat/text tools, and a dedicated MYR Wallet for AI Image and Video generation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform's software, design, logos, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of the Company. You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Platform. AI-generated outputs are subject to the license terms of the respective underlying model. Unless otherwise stated, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
